A lot of awesome hexagon blankets have been coming up on my Instagram feed lately so I went in search for the easiest and quickest pattern. After lots of googling I came across this awesome site which had a really simple pattern, and best of all, photos! Written patterns confuse me and it’s a lot easier to see either a photo or video of that the thing should look like. This pattern is really really easy to understand and comes together in about 10 minutes!
I’m joining these as I go around the final round so I don’t have to sew a million edges in at the end.

Very nice! Love the colors. I’m working on a hexagon afghan too. 🙂

Don’t you love “join as you go”. Doris Chan has some amazing exploded lace sweaters that are actually joined motifs.
